Description:
The students will strengthen their arms by demonstrating that they can hold their body weight and do rapid movements at the same time.
Step 1
Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
The students will put both hands down directly underneath them.
They will then have their knees on the ground with their toes pointed to the ceiling.
The students want to try and hold their body in a straight line from knee to shoulders.
When the instructor counts, the students will use one hand and tap the opposite shoulder.
Step 3
Do you best to hold your body still so you can get stronger.
