Drill: Active: Int. Shoulder Taps
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: A Few to Monitor
Description: The students will strengthen their arms by demonstrating that they can hold their body weight and do rapid movements at the same time.
Step 1
  • Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.  
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
  • The students will put both hands down directly underneath them.
  • They will then have their knees on the ground with their toes pointed to the ceiling.
  • The students want to try and hold their body in a straight line from knee to shoulders.
  • When the instructor counts, the students will use one hand and tap the opposite shoulder.
Step 3
  • Do you best to hold your body still so you can get stronger.
