Instructors needed: A Few to Monitor
Description: The students will strengthen their legs while they bend both knees to 90 degrees’ multiple times.
Step 1
  • Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.  
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
  • The students will spread their feet about shoulder width apart.
  • They will then bend their knees until they hit 90 degrees.
  • Then they will stand back up so their legs are straight.
Step 3
  • Do your best to not wiggle or moves so that your legs get stronger.
