  • Today we are going to work on FLUIDITY.
  • FLUIDITY means changing readily; not being fixed, stable, or rigid.
  • This is important because you need FLUIDITY to be able to throw multiple strikes and not be countered or easily predicted.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your FLUIDITY skills today:

1. Having FLUIDITY with transitions. 2. Having FLUIDITY while maintaining control of their speed. 3. Maintaining FLUIDITY while fluctuating your speed

Work with a partner going faster and slower without pausing or messing up

Be able to continue a combination after stopping without having to think about what is next
