Description:
The students will build arm strength by lifting their body off the ground with one arm, while keeping their body aligned for five reps with each arm.
Step 1
Have your students lay on their bellies with one palm on the ground at their side, right below their shoulders, and the other arm behind their back.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will lift your body off the ground with one arm while keeping your body as perfectly aligned as possible and then lower your body back to the ground.
You will do this for five reps on the left, then five reps on the right.
Step 3
Walk around and make sure they are maintaining alignment. If they are not, freeze the count until they correct their position.
