Drill: Dynamic Leg Exercise: Squat Jump Tucks
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will build their leg strength by squat jumping while grabbing their knees for 10 reps.
Step 1
  • Have your students squat down with their arms touching the ground.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • When I say, “go” you jump as high as you can and grab your knees while in the air.
  • You will do this for ten reps.
Step 3
  • Try to jump higher and tuck harder each rep.
