Description:
The students will build their leg strength by squat jumping while grabbing their knees for 10 reps.
Step 1
Have your students squat down with their arms touching the ground.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you jump as high as you can and grab your knees while in the air.
You will do this for ten reps.
Step 3
Try to jump higher and tuck harder each rep.
