Description:
The students will build their core strength by alternating tapping their shoulder from beginner bridge position while kicking with the opposite leg for 10 reps.
Step 1
Have your students raise their body off the ground with the palms of their hands and feet as if they were a table. This is also called a beginner bridge.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will alternate tapping your shoulders while kicking with the opposite leg.
Try to keep your body parallel to the ground.
You will do this for ten reps.
Step 3
Focus on keeping your foot flat on the floor and fingers pointing towards your toes.
