Description:
The students will work on their PASSIVE Stretching focusing on the Back, Hamstrings and Calves.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand with feet wide apart.
Place hands on your hips.
Keeping your head up, bend as far back as you can without falling over.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
Continue for 2 sets.
