Drill: Passive Stretching: Back Bends
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their PASSIVE Stretching focusing on the Back, Hamstrings and Calves.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand with feet wide apart.
  • Place hands on your hips.
  • Keeping your head up, bend as far back as you can without falling over.
  • Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue for 2 sets.
