Description:
The students will work on their PASSIVE Stretching focusing on the Lower body.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
From a standing position place hands on the floor.
Slowly slide your feet out to the sides.
Stop when your knees start to bend.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
Continue for 2 reps on each side.
