  • GRACEFULNESS means display grace in form or action.
  • This is important because footwork is the basis for getting us into and out of position.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your GRACEFULNESS today:

1. Using proper technique while moving. 2. Using consistent footwork. 3. Demonstrate proper technique in repetition.
Skill-Building Drills – 30 Minutes

Ladder Punches:

Practice consistent footwork while punching down the ladder.

Matador:

Work on evading using an effective quarter turn while using combinations.
