  • Today we are going to work on EXECUTION
  • EXECUTION means the mode or style of performance; technical skill.
  • This is important because you need to be able to have technical skill to perform effective movements.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your EXECUTION today:

1. Applying technique with the easiest of movements. 2. Having consistency with your EXECUTION. 3. Having the ability to demonstrate EXECUTION under pressure.
Skill-Building Drills – 30 Minutes

Tag Out:

Form a circle and one person will shadowbox until the instructor says switch, the goal being not to freeze.

Slip and Hit:

Practice slipping punches from your instructor or partner and countering effectively.
