Description: The students will work on their ACTIVE stretching focusing on the range of movement in their shoulders. – 


  1. Divide your students into lines.
  1. Explain the rules:
      • Swing your arms in large circles to the front.
      • Repeat for 10 reps then switch directions.
  1. Continue for 2 sets.
