Students will practice BLOCKING by demonstrating their ability to be able to identify when the target is going to hit them, when it does then they are allowed to block.
HEALTHY COMPETITION – See which student can not get hit with the noodle and successfully block it every time.
VISUAL PROCESSING – The student must be able to tell if the noodle is going to hit them, so they can block; they do not want to block when the noodle is not coming towards them.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
The students will have a seat in front of the instructor.
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
The 1st two students in the line will stand up and face the instructor.
The instructor will swing the noodle at 1 of the 2 students only the student that is being targeted can block.
The student does not want to block if the instructor is not aiming for them.

Keep your eyes open on each block.
Make sure your arm is over your head.
