Description:
The students will work on their PARTNER stretching by lying on their stomach while their partner pulls their arms back gently lifting them off the ground stretching the shoulders and abdominals.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Lay on your stomach with your hands by your side.
Your partner will sit on your legs and grab your wrists.
They will then gently pull your arms back and together lifting you off your chest.
