The students will work on their PARTNER stretching by lying on their back while their partners lift their leg up stretching the hamstring.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Lay on your back with your legs straight.
Your partner will lift one leg up while stepping on the other ankle or pant leg.
Then lift the leg towards their head and hold for 10 seconds.
