Mat Chat – 3-minutes (Includes Water Break)
  • Today we are going to work on CREATIVITY.
  • CREATIVITY refers to how well can you blend your own touch into the movements.
  • This is important as to continue to develop your own Signature style!

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your CREATIVITY today:

1. Being creative under pressure. 2. Challenging yourself to try more complex techniques. 3. Being creative with your transitions.
Skill-Building Drills – 25 Minutes

Swing With It:

Students will make a 5-move combo, the student that uses the swing the most in their combo and maintains good flow win.

On Your Back:

Students must come up with a 5 move combo that starts with them laying on their back.
