  • Legs – 180 Punch Jumps (10 & repeat)
  • Abs – Breakdancer Switches (10 & repeat)

Mat Chat – 3-minutes (Includes Water Break)
  • Today we are going to work on CREATIVITY.
  • CREATIVITY refers to how well can you blend your own touch into the movements.
  • This is important as to continue to develop your own Signature style!

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your CREATIVITY today:

1. Being creative under pressure. 2. Challenging yourself to try more complex combos. 3. Being creative with your transitions.
Skill-Building Drills – 25 Minutes

Crazy Legs:

Students will make a 3-5 move combo using a pop and swing transition in their combo.

Rewind:

Students will do a combo in one direction when they are done they will try to do the same combo using their opposite side.
