Dynamic: Bridge w/Shoulder Taps

Description:
The students strengthen their core by requiring them to hold a bridge for and moving in it without falling.
Step 1
Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
The students will start by sitting on their bottom.
They will then reach their hands behind them with their fingers towards their toes.
Once in position they will lift their belly up to the ceiling.
When the instructor counts, the students will use one hand and tap their shoulder that is on the opposite side of their body.
They will continue doing this alternating sides.
Step 3
Do you best to land to hold this position without falling as you start to tap your shoulders.
