Description:
The students strengthen their abs by demonstrating that they can move into an awkward position multiple times.
Step 1
Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
The students will lay on their backs.
They will then bend their knees and put their feet up in the air.
The instructor can help hold the feet of the students as they try to sit all the way up bringing their chest to their knees.
They will then slowly lay back down on their back.
Step 3
Do your best to try and control where your body is going.
