Drill: Dynamic: Squat Jumps
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: A Few to Monitor
Description: The students will strengthen their legs while they bend both knees to 90 degrees’ multiple times.
Step 1
  • Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.  
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
  • The students will spread their feet about shoulder width apart.
  • They will then bend their knees until their bottom is close to the floor.
  • Then they will jump up in the air as high as they can.
  • They will land on 2 feet back in the low squat position.
Step 3
  • Do your best to not fall down or be silly so that your legs get strong.
