Description:
The students will strengthen their legs while they bend both knees to 90 degrees’ multiple times.
Step 1
Have the students stand on their spots where they start class.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
The students will spread their feet about shoulder width apart.
They will then bend their knees until their bottom is close to the floor.
Then they will jump up in the air as high as they can.
They will land on 2 feet back in the low squat position.
Step 3
Do your best to not fall down or be silly so that your legs get strong.
