Drill: Active Stretching: Hand Throws
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their ACTIVE stretching focusing on their triceps and shoulders.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand up straight with feet close together.
  • Throw your hands up.
  • Bend at the elbow and touch the back or your shoulders.
  • Repeat with a throwing motion for 10 reps.
Step 3
  • Continue until you have done 2 sets.
