Active Stretching: Hand Throws

Description:
The students will work on their ACTIVE stretching focusing on their triceps and shoulders.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand up straight with feet close together.
Throw your hands up.
Bend at the elbow and touch the back or your shoulders.
Repeat with a throwing motion for 10 reps.
Step 3
Continue until you have done 2 sets.
