Drill: Active Stretching: Sitting toe touches
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will practice their ACTIVE stretching focusing on their hamstrings.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Sit with both feet straight out and together.
  • Raise your hands above your head.
  • Reach forward to touch your toes, or go as far as you can without bending your knees.
  • Repeat 10 times.
Step 3
  • Continue for two sets.
