Active Stretching: Sitting toe touches

The students will practice their ACTIVE stretching focusing on their hamstrings.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Sit with both feet straight out and together.
Raise your hands above your head.
Reach forward to touch your toes, or go as far as you can without bending your knees.
Repeat 10 times.
Continue for two sets.
