Drill: Active Stretching: Hip Rotations
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will practice their ACTIVE stretching focusing on the range of motion in their hips.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand with feet apart.
  • Place hands on your hips.
  • Rotate hips in a large circular motion.
  • Repeat 10 times then switch direction.
Step 3
  • Continue for two sets.
