Description:
The students will practice their ACTIVE stretching focusing on the range of motion in their hips.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand with feet apart.
Place hands on your hips.
Rotate hips in a large circular motion.
Repeat 10 times then switch direction.
Step 3
Continue for two sets.
