Description:
The students will practice theirACTIVE stretching focusing on the range of motion in their knees.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand with feet together, knees halfway bent.
Place hands on your knees.
Move knees in a lateral motion alternating to the left and right.
Repeat 10 times.
Step 3
Continue for two sets.
