Drill: Active Stretching: Knee Wobble

Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will practice theirACTIVE stretching focusing on the range of motion in their knees.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand with feet together, knees halfway bent.
  • Place hands on your knees.
  • Move knees in a lateral motion alternating to the left and right.
  • Repeat 10 times.
Step 3
  • Continue for two sets.
