Description:
The students will work on their DYNAMIC stretching by standing with their feet apart, reaching across their body touch their toes.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand with both feet double shoulder width apart and hands out to the sides.
Lean forward reaching with your left and try and touch your right foot without bending your knees.
Stand back up and repeat to the other side.
Repeat for 10 reps alternating sides.
Step 3
Continue to stretch for 2 sets.
