Drill: Dynamic Stretching: Half Kneeling Hamstring Stretch

Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their DYNAMIC stretching focusing on the inner leg and hamstrings by going to a split position and then bending one knee without putting your hands on the ground.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand with your feet double shoulder width apart.
  • Bend on knee while keeping the other straight.
  • Hold this position for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue to stretch for 2 sets.
