Description:
The students will work on their DYNAMIC stretching focusing on the inner leg and hamstrings by going to a split position and then bending one knee without putting your hands on the ground.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand with your feet double shoulder width apart.
Bend on knee while keeping the other straight.
Hold this position for 10 seconds.
Step 3
Continue to stretch for 2 sets.
