Drill: Dynamic Stretching: Stretch Outside Crescent Kicks

Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their DYNAMIC stretching by doing outside crescent kicks with the goal of going higher and stretching.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand in a guarding stance.
  • Swing your rear leg to perform an outside crescent kick.
  • Focus on keeping your leg straight on each kick.
  • Perform 10 kicks each side.
Step 3
  • Continue to stretch for 2 sets.
