Teaching SKILLZ:
UP THE REP – On the first turn, the students say the commands “green” “yellow” and “red” as quiet as they can. On the second round, they can say it at a normal volume, and on the third round, they can say them as loud as they can.
Brain SKILLZ:

Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
Have the students sitting with the instructor.

  • The students partner will listen for the colors called and will do the commands their teammate calls out.
Step 4 – Takeaways:
  • Hold the pad strong and don’t move it.
