Description:
The students will build abdominal strength by lifting their shoulders off the ground for ten reps.
Step 1
Have your students lay on their backs with their arms crossed on their chests.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will raise your shoulders off the ground, and then lower them back to the ground.
Keep your arms crossed on your chest at all times.
You will do this for ten reps.
Step 3
Try to bring your elbows to your knees, not knees to elbows.
