Description:
The students will challenge their AGILITY, PERSEVERANCE and REACTION in this game.
Step 1
Form the class into one large group.
Step 2 – Explain the rules:
The instructors will throw the ball around the room aiming for the students.
The students must run and dodge as fast as they can.
Do NOT get hit by the yellow ball.
If you get hit, you must sit off to the side until the next game starts.
The last student “in” is the winner.
Step 3
Continue for a couple games with different winners each time.
Step 4 – Takeaways
Don’t jump or slide.
Keep your eyes on the ball! Be aware of who has it.
If you get to throw, control them so that you don’t hurt your teammates.
Step 5
Continue for several rounds.
