Class 19 – Fun Week

Dynamic Warm-Up – 7 Minutes
  • Arms: Push-ups
  • Legs: Squat jumps
  • Abs: Sit-ups w/ legs in the air
  • Core: Bridge with shoulder taps
Fun week games Part 1 – 15-minutes (Play several round of each game)

Four Corners:

The students will run to a corner and the counter will try and guess which corner the students are in.

Octopus:

The students will race to the other end of the mat without getting tagged by the octopus.

Pirate Dodge ball:

The heroes must try and knock over all of the cones on the pirate’s side using dodge balls.
Dynamic Stretches: 5-minutes
  • Ball roll
  • Inch worm hops
  • Middle split push ups
  • Side leg swings
Fun week games Part 2 – 15-minutes (Play several round of each game)

Bowling for Ninjas:

The students will work on their fitness and focus while trying to avoid getting hit by the ball.

Bull dog:

The students will practice their fitness while having fun chasing each other around the mat.

Ninja limbo

The students will practice their focus and coordination in this game by trying to get under the bar without getting “out”.
