Description:
The students will build abdominal strength by raising their shoulders and feet off the ground.
Step 1
Have your students lay on their backs with their arms to their sides.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will raise your shoulders and feet slightly off the ground.
Try to keep your feet together and try not to bend your knees.
You will hold the intermediate dish position and count to ten.
While you are counting, try not to move your body at all.
Step 3
While holding, try not to grab your pant leg or you can turn your palms upward.
