Description:
The students will build abdominal strength by holding their heels slightly off the ground.
Step 1
Have your students lay on their backs with their arms folded.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will raise your heels slightly off the ground as if you are raising your feet out of the water so that the sharks don’t bite your feet.
Try to keep your feet together and try not to bend your knees.
While you are counting, try not to move your body at all.
Step 3
Try to have them raise their feet a little higher, but not passed a 45-degree angle.
