Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will lower your body as far as you can without your bottom touching the ground, as if you were in a tiny box, like a jack-in-the-box.
You will hold the jack-in-the-box position and count to ten.
While you are counting, try not to move your body at all.
Step 3
Try to have them try to lower their body even further until they reach the desired depth.
