Description:
The students will build their core strength by holding their body off the ground using their palms and the balls of their feet.
Step 1
Have your students lay on their bellies with their palms on the ground at their side, right below their shoulders; and their legs shoulder-width apart.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will raise your entire body off the ground with the palms of your hands and the balls of your feet, as if you were Spiderman stuck on a wall.
While you are counting, try not to move your body at all.
Step 3
Make sure they holdtheir body up for the entire count for a good workout.
