Drill: Passive Stretching: Bow and Arrow
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their PASSIVE Stretching focusing on their Deltoid.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Cross one arm across your body.
  • Use the opposite arm to hold it to your chest locking arms at the elbows or slightly higher.
  • Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue for 2 reps on each side.
