Passive Stretching: Bow and Arrow

Description:
The students will work on their PASSIVE Stretching focusing on their Deltoid.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Cross one arm across your body.
Use the opposite arm to hold it to your chest locking arms at the elbows or slightly higher.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
Continue for 2 reps on each side.
