Drill: Passive Stretching: Middle Split
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their PASSIVE Stretching focusing on the Lower body.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • From a standing position place hands on the floor.
  • Slowly slide your feet out to the sides.
  • Stop when your knees start to bend.
  • Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue for 2 reps on each side.
