Drill: Passive Stretching: Front Leans
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their PASSIVE Stretching focusing on the Back, Hamstrings and Calves.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand with feet together.
  • Exhale out as you slowly lean forward.
  • Do not reach for your toes, simple let your body hang while stretching your Back, Hamstrings, and Calves.
  • Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue for 2 reps on each side.
