Description:
The students will work on their PASSIVE Stretching focusing on the Back, Hamstrings and Calves.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand with feet together.
Exhale out as you slowly lean forward.
Do not reach for your toes, simple let your body hang while stretching your Back, Hamstrings, and Calves.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
Continue for 2 reps on each side.
