Description:
The students will challenge their SHARPNESS within their final strike.
Step 1
- Divide the students into even lines.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
- The 1st student in each line will prepare for their baseball swing.
- When the instructor says “go”, the students will swing their bo and pivot all the way around, finishing with a strong spear and stance.
- The 1st student to finish will score a point for their team.
Step 3 – Takeaways:
- Pivot around; don’t step through the turn.
- Stick your landing; don’t have happy feet.
- Finish level; don’t stab up or down.
Step 4
- Continue for 2-3 rounds.
