Description:
The students will practice COMMITMENT as they try to get through all the exercises from one of the programs. This will challenge the students physically by requiring them to go through every exercise without getting tired or bored.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
For each group, you will need an Instructor.
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
The instructor will choose one of the programs exercises. (Early, Basic, Core, or Extreme.)
Then they will do all the exercises from that level starting from the beginning. (Static, Active, Dynamic, and Ultimate.)
The goal is for all the students to do the exercises so that they can teach them to the students as well.
Step 4 – Takeaways:
Strong leader for the students.
Don’t be silly as you are leading the exercises.
