Description:
The students will practice COMMITMENT by demonstrating their ability to lead an exercise while balancing on 1 foot. This will challenge the students physically and mentally by requiring them to keep their foot off the ground and think about what they need to do at the same time.
Step 1
Divide your students into groups
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
For each group, you will need the group to form a circle with an instructor.
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
The instructor will choose one student to be the leader for the exercise.
The student must lead an exercise on one foot.
They must explain it, demo it, and move around during it for them to pass the challenge.
