Dynamic Arm Exercise: Clap Push-ups

Description:
The students will build arm strength by performing a push-up then push themselves off the ground to clap.
Step 1
Have your students hold their body up in push-position.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
On the instructor’s count, students will perform one push-up.
Then, using only the arms, jump off the ground and clap their hands.
Land back in push-up position.
Step 3
Continue for 10-15 reps. .
