Description:
The students will build their leg strength by jumping and switching legs while performing lunges.
Step 1
Have your students stand in a guarding stance.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
When I count, perform one lunge then jump into the air switching feet.
Land with the opposite leg forward and lower yourself into a lunge.
Step 3
Continue for 10-15 reps. .
