Description:
The students will build their core strength by performing a full windmill (Advanced bridge to Push-up position). Then performing a good push-up
Step 1
Have your students raise their body off the ground with the palms of their hands and heels, keeping their heels, hips, and shoulders aligned. This is also referred to as advanced bridge position.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
From advanced bridge position, raise hand to the sky.
Then complete the turn, over to push-up position.
Perform one push-up.
Raise the hand back to the sky, and return to advanced bridge, for one rep.
