Drill: Dynamice Abs Exercise: Sliders
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: A Few to Monitor
Description: The students will build abdominal strength by keeping their abs activated for the entirety of the exercise.
Step 1
  • Have your students sit down, and place their hands on the floor behind their back.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
  • When I say, “go” you will raise your feet 6 inches off the ground.
  • Point your toes as you make a rainbow shape alternating from left to right, then right to left.
Step 3
  • Continue for 10-15 reps. .
