Step 1
Divide your class into lines with their guardians.
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
Lay 3-4 colored rings in front of each line.
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
- Guardians will start by calling a color to the student.
- The student will then jump into each ring until they reach the color called.
- Then they will do 4 kicks in that ring before JUMPING back to their guardian.
Step 4 – Takeaways:
- Be sure students are JUMPING with both feet at the same time.
- Be patient as students jump to each ring.
- Cheer on the students as they do their jumps and kicks.

- Continue for multiple turns.
