Drill: Dynamic Stretching: Jogging Kicks
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will test their DYNAMIC stretching focusing on the quads by jogging in place trying to touch their heels to their bottom.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand with feet shoulder width apart.
  • When the instructor says go you will jog in place.
  • Focus on not raising your knees, instead try and kick yourself in the bottom with your heels.
  • Continue to jog for 10-15 seconds.
Step 3:
  • Continue for 2 sets.
