Description:
The students will build arm strength by performing push-ups with an unstable base.
Step 1
Have your students hold their body up in a push-up position with one foot off the ground.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
When I say, “go” you will perform your best push-up
Do not let your body drop or raise your hips into the air.
Do not drop your leg.
Perform 10-15 reps.
Step 3
Continue for two sets, alternate legs each set. .
