Drill: Active Leg Exercise: Switch Lunges
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: A Few to Monitor
Description: The students will build their leg strength by lowering their body into a lunge then stepping to switch.
Step 1
  • Have your students stand with their feet shoulder-width apart, hands held clasped in front of their body.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
  • When I say, “go” you will step up and land in a lunge position.
  • Step and switch legs each rep.
  • Continue for 10-15 reps.
Step 3
  • Continue for two rounds. .
