Description:
The students will practice VERSATILITY by demonstrating their ability to do their form in a different direction while also trying to mimic their partners movements. This will challenge them mentally by requiring them to understand that their form happens the same way no matter which way they look.
Teaching SKILLZ: Modeling
students must mirror their partner’s form while maintaining accuracy, learning through watching and imitating as they adjust to facing different directions.
Brain SKILLZ: Visual Processing
students must carefully observe their partner’s movements and align their own techniques, reinforcing the ability to process visual input quickly and accurately.
Step 1
Divide your students into groups.
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill
Have to students come up and face each other.
Step 3 – Explain the Rules
The 1st two students will stand up and start their form.
Both students have to demonstrate their form together as they look in different directions.
The goal is for both students to do the for with no mistakes.

Yell so your partner can hear you.
Make sure your hands and feet are doing the proper moves.
