The students will practice having good SHARPNESS by racing to be the first person to demonstrate a swing hook kick at stomach, chest, and head level.
Step 1
Put your students into 1 line.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
The students will race down to the instructors.
When they get there they will demonstrate 3 swing hook kicks at stomach, chest, and head level.
First student to make it back gets a point for their team.
Step 3 – Takeaways:
Use proper technique so your kick is still powerful no matter how high you are.
Use your arms to gain more height on your jump and more speed on your spin.
Use your leg to really swing your body through so you can have more power.
